Acceptance of Terms

If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and others who access or use Aumpfy's services.

Our Services

Aumpfy is a business automation company based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. We provide the following core products and services:

• TaskFlow — A workflow and task automation platform that helps businesses streamline internal operations, approvals, and process management.
• Waumfy (WhatsApp Business API) — A managed WhatsApp API solution enabling businesses to send and receive messages, run campaigns, and automate customer communication via WhatsApp.
• OneToMany — A broadcast and bulk messaging platform for reaching large audiences across multiple channels.
• Consultation & Automation Services — Custom automation design, integration, and advisory services delivered by our team.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice to active clients.

Accounts & Access

To access certain features of our platforms, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately at info@aumpfy.com of any unauthorised access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Aumpfy is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or are inactive for extended periods.

User Obligations

By using our services, you agree that you will not:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or communications that violate WhatsApp's or any other platform's policies
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or databases
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software or platforms
• Use our services to transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or impairs the performance of our services for other users
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our products without prior written consent from Aumpfy
• Misrepresent yourself or your organisation when using our services

Violation of these obligations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access without refund.

Payment & Billing

Certain Aumpfy services are provided on a paid subscription or project basis. The following terms apply to all payments:

• Pricing: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes (including GST) will be added where required by law.
• Invoicing: Invoices are issued as agreed during onboarding — monthly, quarterly, or per project milestone.
• Payment Due: Payments are due within the number of days specified on the invoice (typically 7–15 days). Late payments may attract a delay charge.
• Subscription Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in writing before the renewal date.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for services already rendered or for subscription periods already in progress. Refund requests for special circumstances are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Service Suspension: Aumpfy reserves the right to suspend access to services for overdue payments after written notice.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Aumpfy's platforms, products, software, designs, content, and branding — including but not limited to TaskFlow, Waumfy, and OneToMany — are and shall remain the exclusive property of Aumpfy Technologies.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Aumpfy's name, logo, trademarks, or other proprietary materials without our prior written consent.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any data, content, or materials you upload to our platforms ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant Aumpfy a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store it solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you.

Custom automation workflows, integrations, or software built exclusively for your business as part of a paid engagement remain governed by the terms of your individual service agreement.

Your Data

We take the security and privacy of your data seriously. Key commitments include:

• Your business data is stored on secured servers hosted with Hostinger and is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes
• We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls
• In the event of a data breach that affects your data, we will notify you as required by applicable law
• Upon termination of your account, you may request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements

WhatsApp API Usage

Aumpfy provides access to the WhatsApp Business API through its Waumfy platform. This service is subject to additional terms imposed by Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp's parent company). By using Waumfy, you agree to:

• Comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy and Commerce Policy at all times
• Only send messages to recipients who have opted in to receive communications from your business
• Not use the API to send spam, misleading content, or messages that violate WhatsApp's acceptable use guidelines
• Not use the service for industries or content types prohibited by WhatsApp (including adult content, firearms, tobacco, and certain financial services)
• Maintain message quality ratings and respond promptly to customer queries

Aumpfy will make reasonable efforts to notify you of relevant policy changes from Meta that may affect your use of the Waumfy platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Aumpfy's services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
• We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities at all times
• Aumpfy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Aumpfy in the three (3) months preceding the claim

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Termination

By You: You may stop using our services at any time. To cancel a subscription or service agreement, please notify us in writing at info@aumpfy.com with at least 30 days' notice, or as specified in your service agreement.

By Aumpfy: We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately and without notice if:

• You materially breach these Terms
• You fail to make payment when due after a grace period
• We are required to do so by law or by a platform provider (e.g., Meta/WhatsApp)
• Continuing to provide the service becomes commercially or technically impractical

Upon termination, your right to use our services immediately ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law — will continue to apply.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws of the state of Rajasthan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Changes to These Terms

Aumpfy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify active clients via email where the changes significantly affect their use of our services

Your continued use of our services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using our services.
