WhatsApp & Messaging Data

Aumpfy offers a WhatsApp Unofficial API product (Waumfy) that allows businesses to automate WhatsApp communications. If you or your business uses our WhatsApp API product, the following applies:

• Messages sent and received through our API are logged for operational purposes (delivery confirmation, debugging, and reporting)
• Message logs are accessible only to the account holder and authorised Aumpfy support staff
• We do not read, analyse, or use the content of your WhatsApp messages for any purpose other than providing the service
• Phone numbers connected to our platform are stored securely and not shared with third parties
• You can disconnect your WhatsApp number and request data deletion at any time from within your Waumfy dashboard

Our WhatsApp API product uses unofficial WhatsApp integration (QR-code based). Users are responsible for complying with WhatsApp's own Terms of Service when using our platform.

Third-Party Services

We may use the following third-party tools and services in connection with our operations. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Hostinger — Web hosting and database infrastructure (EU/LT based servers)
• Google Sheets — Used in our TaskFlow FMS product for data integration (where enabled by the client)
• n8n, Make, Zapier — Workflow automation platforms that clients may connect to our WhatsApp API
• Meta / WhatsApp — Underlying messaging infrastructure for our API product

We only share data with third parties to the extent necessary to provide our services. We do not sell personal data to advertisers, data brokers, or any unrelated third parties.
